You are not alone in caring for an older loved one. Our free monthly caregiver support groups throughout Philadelphia and the suburbs offer a place to talk to others in similar situations, and to learn coping strategies and information on how to best care for your loved one. We offer caregiver support groups in Philadelphia, Jenkintown, and Bryn Mawr. All of our support groups are certified by the Alzheimer's Association.

Why Should You Join One of Our Philadelphia-Area Caregiver Support Groups?
You can discuss your feelings in a safe environment. Since most of the people in the group can relate to your issues, caregiver support groups give you a safe environment in which you can discuss your feelings.
You can form new friendships with people in similar situations. Many people report making friends with those they meet in the caregiver support groups.
You can gain worthwhile caregiver resources. Your fellow family caregivers will be able to tell you about what resources they prefer and direct you in accessing these resources. This is particularly helpful as you can get advice from people who are going through much of the same experience you are.
