Abramson Primary Care Doctors Recognized By Philadelphia Magazine

Abramson Senior Care is proud to announce that Jennifer L. Claves, M.D., and Jean P. Haab, M.D., both with Abramson Primary Care, have been named to Philadelphia Magazine’s list of “Top Doctors 2020.”
Both physicians were nominated by their peers for the annual list that honors the best doctors in the Philadelphia region. Philadelphia Magazine partners with healthcare researcher Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. to screen and vet each nominee in order to compile the final list of over 2,600 doctors in 66 specialties.
Located in Bryn Mawr, Pa., Abramson Primary Care is a membership-based primary care office that provides a boutique level of service for patients ages 18 and older. With a smaller practice, patients receive longer appointments and direct access to their physicians 365 days a year. The practice also offers nurse practitioner home visits when necessary, a care advisor who coordinates everything from meals and medical device rentals to scheduling of therapies, and ongoing health and wellness programs.
