Dedicated Caregivers Honored with Annual Leah Berman Awards

Caregivers Andre Williams, lead server in Dining Services, Kemesha McIntosh, RN, and Shawn Bailey, CNA, were honored for their excellence in care and services to residents of the Mildred Shor Inn at the Abramson Center's annual presentation of the Leah Berman Awards held February 24th.
The awards were established by Jordan and Deanna Berman to honor the memory of Mr. Berman’s mother, Leah, and recognize the compassionate and respectful care she received as a five-year resident of the Inn. The awards consist of three monetary gifts and are presented to caregivers at the Inn each February, Leah’s birthday month.
