Tori Crumbie, CTRS, director of recreation at t he Mildred Shor Inn and Karen Eshraghi, MSW, project coordinator for quality improvement will present "Using Technology to Track Resident Preferences and Activities to Drive Quality Improvement" during McKnight's Online Expo on March 26th at 1:00 p.m. Attendees will earn one CE credit through NAB.
The course will provide an overview of the use of the Match-QI tool for improving caregiver interaction with residents and trending resident activity attendance; review the Match QI technology designed to measure preference congruent care using an ACCESS based system; and highlight best practices of utilizing Match-QI reports for promoting person centered care and driving quality improvement process.
