Abramson Senior Care’s patients and their families often ask: "How can I show my gratitude for the exceptional care that I received?” Patients tell us that they want to express their appreciation for the positive difference the Abramson Senior Care team has made in their lives. The Grateful Family Program is a way to do just that.
Your "Grateful Gift" Helps Seniors in Need
Your Grateful Family gift is a meaningful way to show your gratitude while supporting Abramson Senior Care’s crucial work.
Donations to the Grateful Family Program enable Abramson Senior Care to care for thousands of seniors in our community who cannot afford the cost of their own care. Many of these seniors do not qualify for Medicaid, and even when they do, Medicaid pays only a fraction for the care they need and deserve.
Give your gift in a way that is most meaningful to you! You may support patient care in areas of greatest need (unrestricted) or direct your support to a particular service. Gifts can also be made in honor or memory of a loved one, or in honor of an Abramson Senior Care healthcare team member.If you wish to honor a special caregiver(s) with your gift to Abramson Senior Care, we will send them a card to let them know of your sincere appreciation.

For 150 years, Abramson Senior Care has served as a trusted, high quality provider of senior services that provides compassionate and person-centered care to hundreds of thousands of people throughout the Philadelphia region. Your support provides a safety net for those with little or no financial means and who must depend on Medical Assistance to subsist.
